When you’re a celebrity in lockdown, there isn’t much to do besides taking to social media to stay entertained.
Whether it’s with an attempt at a heartfelt music video or cold-calling their famous friends, celebrities are taking advantage of their time at home by keeping busy online, and fans are loving every second of it.
Shay Mitchell is the latest celeb hopping on social media during lockdown, this time with her pal, actor Scott Myrick, in an epic TikTok dance off.
The duo showed off some serious moves while grooving to Doja Cat’s hit “Best Friend” in what appears to be a home gym, proving that you can work up as much of a sweat by dancing as you can by lifting weights or hitting the treadmill.
Dressed in a sleek loungewear look from Princess Polly, the former “Pretty Little Liars” star stunned in the $113 UCLA Oversized Crew Sweater and a matching pair of $61 UCLA Bike Shorts.

“OK sis! She ready for a whole number hunny!” reads one fan’s message.
“I've watched this like 15 times in a row. So good!” reads another. “I feel a challenge coming on.”
Since the beginning of the New Year, Mitchell has been open about her 2021 fitness journey, sharing her workouts and challenging her followers to join in on her 4 Weeks of Focus program in partnership with Openfit.
Getting real in a message to fans, Mitchell shared how she plans to stay motivated and hit her fitness goals this year.
“I want to use the new year to reinvigorate healthy habits, routine and most importantly healthy human interaction! I feel like fitness is a great place to start...I’m at my the best when I’m being healthy and active!” reads Shay’s note shared to her Instagram page and on the Openfit website.
“My friend [Steph Shepherd] and I are committing to 4 Weeks of Focus on Openfit, a 4 WEEK, FIVE DAYS a week, 30 MINUTE workout plan,” she continued. “It’s not going to be perfect, but it’s going to be 100% REAL. REAL struggle, REAL progress, REAL results.”
