2025 Lexus RZ Starts $11,175 Lower Than Last YearLexus
  • The entry point for the 2025 Lexus RZ is $11,175 less than last year thanks to a new $43,975 base model for the front-wheel-drive RZ300e.

  • The all-wheel-drive RZ450e also gains a new base model, starting at $48,675.

  • Prices for the Premium and Luxury trims are $6975 less than in 2024 for both the RZ300e and RZ450e.

The Lexus RZ lineup is expanding for the 2025 model year, and as a result, the Japanese luxury brand's sole electric vehicle will become significantly more affordable. Lexus is adding a new base model for both the front-wheel-drive RZ300e and all-wheel-drive RZ450e and is reducing prices across the board. The new front-wheel-drive variant at the bottom of the lineup means the price of entry for the compact luxury SUV drops to just $43,975 for 2025.

Previously, the RZ300e and RZ450e had been offered in either the Premium or Luxury trim. Now Lexus will also sell both models with an unnamed entry-level variant. While the 2024 RZ300e Premium started at $55,150, the new base model means the most affordable 2025 RZ model will cost $11,175 less than the previous year.

Even with the addition of the new base model, the 2025 RZ300e Premium also receives a substantial price cut to $48,175, a nearly $7K difference versus the 2024 version. The 2025 RZ300e Luxury gets an identical price reduction compared to last year, now starting at $53,905.

Meanwhile, the new, also-unnamed base model for the RZ450e will start at $48,675, which is $11,175 less than the most affordable all-wheel-drive RZ cost in 2024. The same $6975 price cuts also apply to the 2025 RZ450e Premium—starting at $52,875—and the 2025 RZ450e Luxury, starting at $58,605. Lexus says the 2025 RZ, which is built in the city of Toyota, Japan, will go on sale in the United States later this year.
