'Follow the leader': UFC star's shock threat after Donald Trump's ban
UFC star Jorge Masvidal has made a bizarre claim after US President Donald Trump was permanently banned from a host of social media platforms following the US Capitol incident.
Media outlets, politicians and celebrities were critical of President Trump and claimed he helped incite the scenes surrounding the storming of the US Capitol, which played out for the world to watch on in horror.

Social media outlets, including Twitter, suspended Trump from their platform after some controversial tweets.
The social media giant then decided to permanently ban the US president for breaching its terms of conditions.
Trump would not be pleased following his ban from the social media platform that has helped him galvanise his followers since he decided to run for office.
One such fan that appeared perturbed from the move was UFC welterweight Masvidal.
A long-time supporter of Trump, Masvidal has now threatened to leave the platform in a bid to protest the outgoing president’s suspension.

In a recent interview, UFC President Dana White said if everything goes to plan, Masvidal will be fighting Colby Covington next.
Covington is a huge Trump supporter, but there is clear bad blood between Covington and Masvidal.
