UFC star Israel Adesanya has delivered an emotional message to fans just ahead of his bout with Yoel Romero.
The New Zealand champ sent a message on Twitter as he was sitting in his hotel room relaxed just hours before he touches gloves.

The 85-second video shows Adesanya listening to Nipsey Hussle’s Double Up and Rihanna’s Diamonds as he reflects on the time he was in Las Vegas for the Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao fight.

“I’m not crying because of the pain or anything it’s just moments, I’m thinking about things,” he said.
“I remember how the city was that night. It was crazy. It was pumping.
“I didn’t even go out, I just stayed in the hotel suite. I remember sitting like this looking at the city...” an emotional Adesanya adds.
“I just knew, man. I just felt like one day, it’s gonna be my turn. It’s crazy how it’s all just playing out like I f***ing said.
“Shine bright, baby.”
Adesanya will fight 42-year-old Romero on Sunday (AEST).
