Stormzy spotted kissing US singer three months after Maya Jama split
Stormzy, whose real name is Michael Omari Owuo Jr, has been seen kissing with American songstress Victoria Monet, just three months after his split from Maya Jama. The rapper was also caught on camera getting cosy with Victoria at London's Heathrow Airport. Photos obtained by The Sun show Stormzy, 31, and Victoria, 35, looking rather close on Thursday evening. The towering star was spotted grinning as he embraced Victoria before planting a kiss on her lips. A bystander revealed: "Both Stormzy and Victoria looked absolutely smitten with each other. They kissed and when he hugged her he picked her up in the air. It seems like he is in a great place after his split from Maya."
Grammy Award-winning R&B star Victoria announced last month that she had split from her fitness instructor boyfriend John Gaines in late 2023. The pair share three-year-old daughter Hazel - who, aged two, became the youngest-ever Grammy nominee last year for Best Traditional R&B Performance after featuring in Victoria's song Hollywood. In 2018, Victoria came out as bisexual - and she said in an interview last week it "feels amazing" to be one of a number of female singers being open about their sexuality. She added: "I’m definitely willing to put my business out there and make it known, so people feel like there is representation for them.”
Stormzy and Love Island presenter Maya, 30, confirmed they had permanently ended their relationship in July - having first become a couple in 2014. They initially split five years later before reigniting their love story last year. However, the duo announced their final separation this summer in a joint statement.

In their Instagram post, Stormzy and Maya disclosed they "spent five years manoeuvring life apart" after their first break up. They admitted to having "tried their best" to make things work during their second attempt at a relationship, but ultimately chose to go their separate ways.
They reassured fans by saying: "We still think the absolute world of each other, we still care and respect each other, we are still grateful for the time we've had together, and we are still friends and will always be friends." The pair rekindled their relationship in August 2023 after they were spotted holding hands in Greece.
It was later reported that Vossi Bop vocalist Stormzy had flown out to meet Love Island hostess Maya, 29, on a private jet, joining her on the her luxe £2,700 per night vacation in the Peloponnesian Amanzoe complex, after fans speculated they were back together. The announcement of Stormzy and Maya's breakup came just weeks after they were seen partying together at Glastonbury.
