Stacey Solomon admits she's feeling 'supported' by her pals on 'much needed' girls' trip after Joe Swash 'row'
Stacey Solomon has been left feeling 'free' after taking some time out with her closest pals for a weekend away across the pond in Las Vegas. Taking to Instagram on Sunday (17 November), the mum-of-six shared a series of snaps from the trip and admitted in the caption that the trip was 'much needed'.
She wrote: "Feeling Free. I can’t describe what I’ve felt spending time away with my girls. I didn’t know how much I needed this. I am such a home girl but time away isn’t as scary as I thought. In fact it’s fed my soul. I stole someone’s cowboy had and rode through the canyon with the women I honestly couldn’t be who am I without.
"The thing about these women is they literally lift me up, have my back, keep me going, make me feel so supported & I just couldn’t do life without them. I love you girls to the moon and back. I’m so lucky to have you in my life. This is your sign to say f**k it and get out of your comfort zone whenever you get the chance. You won’t regret it."

While Stacey has been taking some time out and working with beauty store Space NK during the trip, her husband Joe Swash was back at their home, Pickle Cottage, looking after their brood.
The Sort Your Life Out star's needed trip away comes after it was reported Stacey and Joe had an argument last week - with Stacey spotted in the street by fans following what looked like a row. The TV presenter was seen in tears after Joe walked down the road alone, puffing on a vape. Stacey, who was wearing a long brown puffer coat over cream trousers and suede boots, looked upset and was comforted by a member of the camera crew that the couple had with them.
An onlooker said to The Sun: “Joe came out of a building on his own and stormed off down the street, he looked upset and was sitting on some steps for a while. Stacey came out of the building in tears and she looked really emotional, she was hugging someone.” They added: “About 15 minutes later Joe was having an animated talk with the man. Eventually Stacey walked towards Joe in the car and shouted something. They ended up leaving separately. It all looked very tense.”
Stacey then headed on the trip to the USA and shared a picture to Instagram, with her dad, David, commenting: "Have the best time of your life me and Joe are living it up 3 kids and a bag of toys (pain killers) love you all make the most me and @joeswash have booked a month in France fishing next year,” followed by laughing emojis.
