Jane Seymour rocks summer swimwear: Older celebrities proving age is just a number
From Demi Moore to Liz Hurley, all hail the any age swimwear superstars
Jane Seymour is offering proof your swimwear game can still be epic in your 70s, sharing an age-defying selfie in a tan coloured swimsuit.
The 72-year-old actor wowed fans after sharing a picture of herself in a plunging, tie-up one-piece with her followers on Instagram.
"The warmth of summer's arrival is like a gentle breeze whispering hope into our souls, reminding us that amidst life's uncertainties, there's always room for joy," she captioned the image, which featured the Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman star posing on holiday in Costa Rica.
Seymour certainly isn't the only female celebrity dialling up the glam in their beachwear.
From 56-year-old Halle Berry to 65-year-old Sharon Stone, there are numerous older A-listers who have stripped down to their swimwear, offering body confidence inspiration to women around the world.

These celebrities may have long left their roaring twenties, but that doesn’t mean they can’t rock a bikini with the best of them...

The British actor largely uses her social media to model her swimwear designs. Earlier this month the 57-year-old star shared an incredible image of her rocking a tiny coral bikini from her swimsuit brand Elizabeth Hurley Beach.

Davina McCall, 55
With marathons, workout DVDs and a self-proclaimed exercise "addiction" under her belt, it’s no surprising the British TV presenter is as ripped as she is.

Salma Hayek, 56

Demi Moore, 60

Angela Bassett, 64
Looking as good as Angela Bassett comes at a price. The US actor has previously revealed the lengths she goes to to stay in shape – and it’s quite a feat.
“Monday, Tuesday, I may eat carbs, fruit; Tuesday, Wednesday, protein, veggies—veggies every day—no fats those four days, and then the last three days, I flood it with fat,” W magazine previously reported. “Good fat, though: maybe coconut oil, salmon, almonds, almond butter, you know, olive oil, that sort of thing.”

Elle Macpherson, 59
Macpherson's infamous nickname ‘the body’ is still relevant today now she's approaching 60. The Aussie model remains as fit as ever – largely thanks to intermittent fasting. “I was finding myself getting easily bloated, not digesting my food, and not really getting the nutrients out of my food,” she told Mind Body Green. “It inspired me to look deeper into nutrition and the way I was feeding my body.”
Halle Berry, 56
Halle Berry regularly showcases her incredible figure in swimwear, proving once again that age need not be a barrier to fitness.
According to Shape magazine, the film star follows Harley Pasternak’s 5-Factor Fitness plan, which strength and core training exercises. She’s also reportedly a kick-boxing fan.
