See Strictly's Sarah Hadland in forgotten role as Bond Girl alongside Daniel Craig
Actress Sarah Hadland, adored by fans as the quirky Stevie Sutton in BBC's Miranda, has been dazzling on the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom every weekend. Sarah has had minor roles in a number of feature of films, the most notable perhaps, being as the Ocean Sky receptionist opposite 007 Daniel Craig in 2008 James Bond film Quantum of Solace.
Back in 2015, Sarah opened up about her often-forgotten role to the Daily Mail about her run-in with James Bond. She told the publication: "When I auditioned for the role of 'pretty clerk' in the 2008 Bond film Quantum Of Solace there were lots of models and I thought, 'Well, I'm obviously not going to get this!'
She continued: "So I was very relaxed. I was on holiday in Beijing when I was told I'd got it, and I still can't believe I did it. I only had three lines but I like to call myself a Bond girl now! This is me with Daniel Craig on set. He was absolutely charming and quite jokey, and has extraordinary ice-blue eyes."

Ironically it was the same year Sarah joined the panel on Strictly spin-off show It Takes Two to discuss the show. But now Sarah is a star on Strictly in her own right. Prior to her debut on the show, the actress said, "I couldn't believe it when offered the opportunity to join Strictly Come Dancing's latest instalment."
She also admitted: "I feel particularly excited to be part of such an iconic show in its 20th year," Sarah gushed. "I'm so ready for the glitz, glam and glitter and hopefully, I can make everyone watching at home proud!" Since the end of her stint on the hit show Miranda, Sarah has been busy with roles in TV shows like Murder, They Hope and Daddy Issues.
She also starred as job centre manager Trish in the ITV comedy The Job Lot, which also starred Downton Abbey's Sophie McShera, Being Human's Russell Tovey and Ted Lasso's Nick Mohammed.
Sarah was one of the original cast of CBBC educational sketch show Horrible Histories and she had a recurring role in series seven of BBC One's successful school drama Waterloo Road in 2011. She played new Head of English Linda Radleigh and was popular with her pupils for her relaxed teaching style.
However, she's now swapped her scripts for sequins as she joined the Strictly Come Dancing line-up last month and has been competing against punk legend Toyah Willcox, Olympic swimmer Tom Dean, and Love Island's Tasha Ghouri, who previously dated former show pro Giovanni Pernice.
However, her Strictly stint has already been hit with some critics after an old interview with Alex Kingston talking about Sarah being a trained ballerina resurfaced, with some viewers suggesting she has an unfair advantage.
But Sarah insisted it’s her mum Jill who is a trained ballet dancer, not her. “My mum was a ballet dancer,” explained Sarah. “I did ballet the same way that most little girls do, at the local scout hut, and I wasn’t very good!”
However, Sarah did admit she later learnt modern and tap and added ballet and jazz at musical theatre college. But she insisted, “I’ve never done any ballroom. I’ve never done any Latin in my life, and it’s completely different to any of those disciplines. But I did do shows in the West End. I did musical theatre, where there was singing and dancing, but quite early on, I decided I wanted to act.”
