How Ralph Fiennes Transformed His Body at 62 — And How You Can Too
At 62, Ralph Fiennes is redefining what it means to age well. Best known for his role as Lord Voldemort in Harry Potter, the acclaimed actor is now turning heads with a dramatic physique transformation in new photos. And now, fans are eager to know what lies in his swoley chamber of secrets — He Who Shall Not Be Named is looking seriously jacked.
Ahead of starring in the modern remake of The Return, Fiennes committed to a training plan under the guidance of personal trainer Dan Avasilcai to achieve the physique of Odysseus. This included a disciplined five-month programme combining progressive weight training, regular running sessions, and a foundation of lean protein, complex carbs, and vegetables.

Speaking to The Guardian, Fiennes shared, 'Uberto was very clear. He didn’t want me to have a sort of bulked-up gym body, but rather to look like a bit of old rope.'
Commenting on the rigorous routine, director Uberto Pasolini said, 'At the beginning, I have to confess, I was slightly suspicious that there was so much protein going in and so much exercise that we would have a body that looked "exercised" instead of a body that was a consumed, lived body. There is no gym in ancient Greece.'
Avasilcai documented the impressive results on social media, serving as a reminder that with the right training plan, dialled in nutrition, consistency (and, of course, a generous dash of the privileges that come with celebrity status), age really is just a number.
