Stanley's new wearable water bottle is here to make hot girl walks more functional
Never did we think we'd find ourselves obsessing over a water bottle, yet that is exactly what happened when we came across the Stanley Quencher Cup. And we're not the only ones. Search for #StanleyCup on TikTok and you'll find more than 725,000 posts, proving its status as the It-girl water bottle of choice. With Stanley Cup scrunchies (yes, really), a branded collab with Barbie (that our Beauty Director, Keeks Reid, managed to get her hands on) and even Stanley Cup dupes – there's no denying the craze is very real.
And it's no real surprise as to why. From its super size to its ability to keep your water nice and cold, there's a lot to love about the bottle. But, if we had to find one flaw, it would be its lack of easy transportation. Sure, the handle is easy enough to grab, but if you don't want to carry a cup around on your walk, you're out of luck. And as for throwing it in my bag for long car trips? I need to make sure I pack my straw cover too – though even then I'm reluctant to bring it anywhere near my brown suede bag.
Luckily, Stanley has heard these complaints and got just the thing: the new Stanley Cross Bottle.
Inspired by the viral success of the Stanley Quencher, this new design features a hands-free, removable crossbody strap and leakproof lid that blends function and fashion to take hydration to the next level. Available in three signature shades – Rose Quartz, Cream and Black, complete with a colour-matched adjustable strap – it's actually rather chic. From outdoor adventures to jet-setting, or simply strolling through the city, the Cross Bottle ensures you stay effortlessly hydrated and on-trend.
Admittedly, it is a little more than we'd normally spend on a water bottle, retailing for £75. But with all the same performance specs we've come to expect from a Stanley product – read: double-wall vacuum insulation to keep water cold for 12 hours and iced for two days – it is arguably worth it if you take on-the-go hydration seriously. Or you just want to up your accessories game on your hot girl walk.
