This Morning's Ben Shephard shares snap with stunning rarely-seen wife as they enjoy autumnal stroll
This Morning star Ben Shephard has shared a rare picture of himself alongside his wife Annie - much to the delight of his fans. The TV presenter has been married to Annie since 2004 and the pair share two sons, Sam and Jack, together, though he tends to keep his family life away from the spotlight.
However, Ben, 49, has recently shared a sweet snap alongside his beloved wife as they soaked up the autumnal weather. In the photo, Ben and Annie smiled for the camera as they appeared to enjoy a stroll together. For the occasion, Ben wrapped up warm in a navy coat, grey jumper and yellow scarf.
Meanwhile Annie looked equally as cosy as she opted for a smart houndstooth coat which she paired with a bright green scarf. To finish off the autumnal look, she wore her hair slicked back.

In addition to the sweet snap with Annie, the This Morning presenter shared a series of other photos from throughout his week. Among those was a picture of him completing a Tough Mudder challenge as well as another of him alongside Hairy Bikers star Si King.

“Spinning through some pics - it’s been quite the week which was all about laying groundwork and building foundations as we get stuck into fit at 50,” he wrote in reference to his upcoming 50th birthday. “What a start with the @toughmudder and @stablelives all 60 of us completing the course together was all about teamwork support and strong foundations.
“Hairy Biker Si King on TM for the first time since he lost his great friend Dave Myers was wonderful, especially cooking a delicious curry which was how their friendship blossomed, it was such a great tribute to Dave and a celebration of their friendship and skill in the kitchen, and celebrations for @catdeelys birthday!!”
The dad-of-two also shared a clip of him playing golf with his sons as well as a heartwarming selfie alongside his own father. “Some @foundaryfit beasting time spent with the boys playing gold (Jack my son is a proper bandit) and of course a beer or two with the old man. Happy days!,” he added.
“Next week I’m onto new challenges and experiences - any thoughts on what I should do let me know below!!”
In response to the sweet post, fans gushed over Ben’s weekly reflection. “What a beautiful photo of you both Behind every good man, is a strong woman (well for me, that’s the case),” wrote one. “Love the one with your dad, I miss my old dad so much. Lived to the ripe old age of 91 a big character, folk singer and band member into his mid eighties,” another added.
It comes after it was revealed that Ben and This Morning co-host Cat Deeley will be taking a well deserved break from the show from Monday, 28 October to Friday, 1 November, and will be replaced by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary.
