Molly-Mae Hague jokes about advantage of splitting up with Tommy Fury as she removes diamond engagement ring
Molly-Mae Hague has joked about the advantage of splitting from her former fiancé Tommy Fury. The 25-year-old star announced their shock break-up back in August, saying she was "extremely upset" and that she "never thought our story would end, especially not this way".
Now, she's opened up about navigating single life in a new interview with British Vogue. The publication noted that Molly-Mae's diamond engagement ring was noticeably missing from her ring finger, as was Tommy's belongings from the house. But looking at the positives, Molly-Mae admitted that she now has “more wardrobe space” due to his empty dressing room.
She added: "I wanted to get married next September and it’s very hard when it’s kind of taken away. But I will always have a lot of love and respect for him.”

Molly-Mae and Tommy, 25, who met on Love Island, were together for five years before confirming they had called time on their relationship. The couple welcomed their daughter Bambi in January 2023 and got engaged in July the same year.
Molly-Mae, who has since compared their split to "Princess Diana and Charles", blindsided fans when she shared the news on Instagram. She wrote: "Never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this. After five years together I never thought our story would end, especially not this way. I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy's relationship has come to an end.
"I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority.
"I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years. You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it's right to share this with you all. Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks, please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time. I'll be back when it feels right."
Shortly after, Tommy shared his own statement, which read: "I am heartbroken to share that Molly and I have decided to end our relationship. The past five years have led to us having our beautiful baby girl, Bambi and I will be forever thankful to Molly for making me a dad. Bambi is our priority. Please respect our privacy, and our families' privacy, as we navigate our way through this difficult time."
It was reported that boxer Tommy had cheated on Molly-Mae, though he has vehemently denied the claims. Commenting on the cheating allegations, Molly-Mae told Vogue: “No one will ever really know what went down apart from Tommy and I, and that’s how we’d like to keep it, for Bambi’s sake."
She added: “I do think that he will talk about things eventually. I do think that when he’s ready, like, maybe more will be said. But I think that’s for him to do on his terms.”
