Meghan Markle and Prince Harry returned to the UK on Thursday evening for their first official public appearance since they announced their decision to step down as senior royals back in January.
The couple looked in high spirits as they arrived at the annual Endeavour Fund Awards in London, which celebrates the achievements of sick and injured servicemen and women.
Meghan made a sartorial statement for her return, wearing a bold turquoise fitted midi dress by Victoria Beckham.
The design is from Beckham’s new season spring/summer 2020 collection and costs £950.
On Beckham’s website the dress is said to create “an elongated and feminine silhouette” and is also available in a bold red hue.
The 38-year-old kept her look contemporary, with her long locks styled into a sleek knotted ponytail.
She finished off the look with a berry lip and coordinating navy accessories, including a pair of heels by Manolo Blahnik.
