MAF'S Holly shakes off show 'bullying' claims to enjoy girls' night out with Amy
This year's Married At First Sight UK hasn't been short of drama, and in recent weeks, many of the brides have been accused of 'bullying' behaviour on the show after an eventful few weeks. But appearing to brush off the controversies, show stars Amy Kenyon and Holly Ditchfield headed on a night out in Manchester on Saturday night.
Heading to popular nightlife spot BLVD Bar, the duo looked stunning as Amy donned a figure-hugging latex burgundy midaxi dress while Holly opted for an off-the-shoulder black mini dress. Holding hands, the pals beamed for a picture outside of the restaurant.
Clearly having formed a close friendship on the show, Holly took to her Instagram Stories to share a picture from the night with Amy, before posting a collage of snaps of the pair. "This year I embarked on one of the most amazing journeys of my life! One part of my journey I love was meeting you," she wrote to Amy.

And while Holly and Amy appeared to be in high spirits, the show has come under fire in recent weeks, with the brides accused of 'bullying' co-star Hannah during the experiment's retreat - where controversial character Hannah locked horns with Holly, Polly Sellman and several other girls.
On the show, Holly felt that Hannah was trying to flirt with her husband Alex Henry, but faced backlash after confronting her about it. But taking to social media to assure she doesn't regret the way things went down, Holly said on Instagram: "I wouldn’t change nothing in my life. You live and you learn. I would have just liked to have been able to have that conversation with her before the girls’ day."
“I think the whole ‘bully label’ is absolutely disgusting,” she added. “If I was a bully, then I wouldn’t be on a TV show surrounding myself with people because the channel would not promote people who are bullies. It is disgusting.”
Meanwhile, Holly's co-star Polly has admitted that she felt 'ashamed' while watching the show back, Polly said: "Watching it back, I have been absolutely mortified, I cannot deny that. I can’t sit here and say I don’t think I did anything wrong. It was awful. I do not condone that behaviour.”
She added: “I definitely have learned that there are ways of going about things to solve conflict and I know that me being like a dog with a bone isn’t the best way to go about things.”
The pre-recorded show is still airing, with none of the brides nor grooms able to reveal whether they are still together now.
