MAFS groom opens up about cheating with another bride - 'I didn't care'
The latest Married At First Sight commitment ceremony saw fireworks as a cheating scandal was exposed. During Orson and Richelle’s time on the sofa, it was revealed that Orson had shared a kiss with another bride.
On the sofa, Richelle said that she walked in to see Orson, Hannah, Holly and Alex on a “double date set up”. While Holly and Alex were denying it was a double date, Lacey couldn’t contain what she knew and said: “I think this is bulls*** because the two of them have lipsed”, revealing to the whole group that Orson and Hannah had kissed.
During Monday's episode (21 October), expert Mel Schilling asked for clarification, so Orson confessed that on the last night of the retreat, he and Hannah “shared a little kiss” he also added that he felt a “connection” with her. When asked about how he thought it would impact his marriage, Orson responded that at that moment he “didn’t care” about his wife, Richelle. Richelle fired back calling Orson an “embarrassment” and blasted Hannah too saying she was trying to “latch on” to "anybody that wasn’t her husband”.

Most of the viewers on social media came to Orson’s defence. One wrote: “Had Orson been saying all this stuff about Rochelle, all hell would have broke loose. Double standards and I’m sick of it".
Another added: “I respect the process of the show but seriously I saw nothing wrong with Orson & Hannah having a cheeky kiss when both their respective partners had checked out and honestly Richelle showed her true colours and they weren’t pretty, very mean spirited woman #MAFSUK”.
A third said: “Well, well, well! That was an episode and a half! I don't think I've ever spoken to a man the way Richeele spoke to Orson. As for Stephen looking hurt at the kiss revelation.. seriously? #MarriedAtFirstSightuk #MAFSUK”.
Unsurprisingly, both Orson and Richelle decided to leave the experiment, along with Stephen and Hannah. As Orson did his final piece to camera, he confessed: “I do not regret kissing Hannah. Richelle picked at everything and there was only so much I could take.”
While Richelle said: “I don’t think Hannah likes Orson, I don't think he really liked her. He’s trying to recoup. Orson is a clown and I wanted out of the circus show.”
Lots of the other contestants got involved with the drama, which according to the preview for tomorrow’s episode (Tuesday 22 October), will continue to have an effect. Alex shocked Holly with his reaction, and Sacha is surprised when Ross doesn’t come to her defence resulting in her asking him to “leave” their apartment.
