Made in Chelsea’s Rosie Fortescue ‘sets the record straight’ on Millie Macintosh cheating allegations
Rosie Fortescue is returning to reality TV after seven years for Beyond Chelsea - E4's latest spin-off following the lives of former Made in Chelsea stars. However, Rosie - who was one of MIC's original cast members - is back on telly to "set the record straight" on one of her biggest storylines on the show.
Rosie, 34, has claimed that the infamous series two scene, in which Millie Mackintosh publicly calls her out for kissing her boyfriend Hugo Taylor, was based on a kiss that never happened. "The truth is I never got with Hugo," Rosie said ahead of Beyond Chelsea. "Nothing ever happened between me and him, and Millie made that out to everyone and went along with it," she said. "I never really got my chance to reply and I find it really annoying when people play those [clips] and when people message me on Instagram and they say, 'But you got with Hugo.'"
She added: "Not only do I cringe a bit looking back because I was so much younger, I think that's what's nice about doing Beyond Chelsea. It's an opportunity to just set the record straight as well."

The series two finale, which aired in 2011, saw Millie take the mic at a party filled with the Made in Chelsea cast and announce that her boyfriend Hugo and friend Rosie had shared a kiss after hearing rumours. She and Hugo eventually split on the show, with Millie marrying Professor Green in 2013. However, after splitting from the rapper in 2016, Millie rekindled her romance with Hugo and the pair tied the knot two years later. The pair now share two daughters - three-year-old Sienna and Aurelia, two.

Rosie is returning to reality TV with spin-off show Beyond Chelsea, which looks at how the lives of Binky Felstead, Lucy Watson and Rosie have changed since they were on MIC. Now in their thirties and navigating life's biggest milestones, the reality trio take viewers along as they juggle family life with running their businesses.
Opening up about how much she's changed since her Made in Chelsea days, Rosie said that she's learnt to impose "boundaries". "I've grown up a lot and won't let anyone lie to me, lie about me or try to slander me. I'm a 34-year-old adult and I won't take sh*t from anyone," she said.
Meanwhile, Lucy added: "[Made in Chelsea] was a really good opportunity to reflect on yourself and become self-aware. "I like to think that I'm relatively self-aware now and hope that I am not as judgmental as I used to be. I was quite judgmental in my 20s so hopefully I've grown out of that."
Beyond Chelsea begins Tuesday 29th October at 10pm on E4 - or you can stream it on Channel 4.
