Lucy-Jo Hudson posts with ex Alan Halsall's rarely seen daughter as he prepares to enter I'm A Celeb
As Alan Halsall will be taking to the small screen on Sunday evening to take part in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, his daughter Sienna-Rae be watching from back home. And taking to Instagram ahead of the show, Alan's ex-wife, Lucy-Jo Hudson, shared a rare snap with Sienna, 11, to Instagram.
Fellow soap star Lucy-Jo, who has been split from Alan since 2018, cuddled up to her daughter on the couch as they were joined by her current partner, Lewis Devine, and the son they share, Carter. Detailing how they were having some 'family time' in the post, Lucy-Jo wrote: "Family time isn’t always picture perfect.
"Ahh how I love a lazy day…. Especially at my in laws, they are the absolute best, you can just relax and they take care of everything. We just chilled in our PJ’s watching Christmas movies together and bless Debs (my mother in law) she waited on us all hand and foot she’s just bloody brilliant. Now we’ve to get home and get organised like everyone else for another busy week ahead.
"Thought you’d like to see a bit of my crazy week this week… so you know you are not alone . Bit of filming, haircuts, training, Christmas shopping, travelling, school runs, and the decorators have been in (and yes that is paint in my car that went EVERYWHERE)".

Lucy-Jo was married to Alan, who portrays Tyrone Dobbs in Coronation Street, from 2009 until their divorce in 2018. Before heading out to Australia, Alan admitted it is leaving Sienna that is going to be the toughest part of his I'm A Celeb journey.
"That’s going to be really difficult,” said the much-loved actor. “She has found the idea of me going difficult. It is only in the last two weeks or so that she has come around to the idea. We never spend more than two weeks apart. I am very emotional about Sienna, so it will be interesting to see how I cope. I tend to try to hide my emotions but with Sienna I’m not very good at all - I think I will have several blubs. She is 11 and so I’m hoping I won’t embarrass her.”
While he told OK! during an exclusive chat: "I think she’s now excited to see Daddy covered in bugs. She’s already told me that if she can’t watch it every night, she’s going to watch it on her iPad on the way to school in the mornings. I know it’s only a few weeks, but the days are long and most of my thoughts will be about seeing her and what she’s doing. That’s the natural job of a dad!"
