We love Sara Davies' incredible Halloween vase transformation
We love all of Sara Davies' brilliant home ideas – and she's wowed us with her incredible Halloween craft projects. We loved her latest project: a brilliant Halloween vase transformation.
The Dragons' Den presenter took to her Instagram to share her latest craft idea: upcycling an ordinary glass vase with gilding flakes to make a Halloween decoration.
She shared a video of herself working on the project. First she stuck some bat-shaped adhesive to a plain vase, before covering them in silver gilding flakes. She then sprayed the inside of the vase black to make the silver bats stand out. Sara displayed the finished project on the console table in her hall.
Alongside the video, Sara wrote: "You know I love my gilding flakes (the silver sparkly flakes!) and you can apply them to any surface with adhesive so I cut out some little bats to make this Halloween vase and it turned out super!"
