Love Island USA star Hannah Smith has been accused of making terroristic threats following allegations that she threatened to murder a police officer and his sister. The 27 year old was attending a concert at the Roxy in Atlanta on September 30 when she was ejected into the car park at around 11.30pm for disorderly behaviour. According to her arrest warrant obtained by DailyMail.com, she was escorted outside the venue where a police officer attempted to get her into an Uber. "As she was being escorted away from the Orange Deck parking structure and to her Uber she tried to punch me, with a closed fist, however, she did not make contact with me," the arresting officer noted in the warrant.

"While in handcuffs she also tried to kick me multiple times. " Once arrested and in the back of the police car, she allegedly threatened to kill the officer and his sister several times.

"While she was being transported to Cobb County Adult Detention Centre she stated she was going to kill me and my sister multiple times with the purpose of terrorising," the warrant read. Cobb County Police charged Smith with terroristic threats and wilful obstruction of a law enforcement officer, both felonies. Hannah was released on $8,000 bail the next day and prohibited from consuming alcohol or taking any drugs other than those prescribed to her. These conditions would be enforced by 'random alcohol/drug tests at her own expense', according to court records.

The case was moved up to the Cobb County Superior Court on October 7. Hannah, who is from Concord, North Carolina, resumed posting on social media without missing a beat, uploading two photos on Instagram since her arrest. She featured in season six of Love Island USA, which concluded its run on Peacock on August 19. The show introduced her as a bottle server and Instagram influencer. Her time on the island was short-lived, lasting only 10 days before she became the first woman to be eliminated in season six.
