Kris Jenner swaps signature pixie cut for shoulder-length bob

Understanding the power of a good haircut, Coco Chanel once wisely said: “A woman who cuts her hair is about to change her life.” Kris Jenner has done just that, and swapped her signature short pixie hairstyle for a sleek, shoulder-length bob.

The 66-year-old entrepreneur shared a glimpse of her new ‘do on Instagram stories as she got ready for daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s launch party for their new beauty collaboration for Kylie Cosmetics, which launched on Wednesday.

While getting her hair and make-up done for the event, the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family teased her makeover with a video on her Instagram stories of her stylist putting the finishing touches to her hair, which is now styled into a sleek, shoulder-length bob with a wispy fringe making her look almost unrecognisable.

While Kris has sported a few different hairstyles over the years — including an icy blonde wig — the “momager” tends to stick to her signature short pixie cut and the longer bob, which many of her daughters have also sported.

Kris finished off her look with a swipe of lip gloss from Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner's collaboration for Kylie Cosmetics, the line that the family were together to celebrate on Tuesday evening.

Kris was later seen giving a speech at the launch party on Kylie’s Instagram, proudly showing off her makeover, and praising her daughters "not only as sisters but as friends, best friends [and] business women," noting she "couldn't be prouder of anyone in my entire life."

Kris then appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday with four out of five of her daughters to talk about the launch of the new Hulu series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that premieres next week on the streaming service.
