Kerry Katona shares secret to weight loss - and it's not hitting the gym
Kerry Katona has shared the secret behind her incredible weight loss - and it doesn't involve going to the gym. The former Atomic Kitten star, 44, has been inundated with comments over the past few months after showing off her trimmed down figure. And writing in her column, Kerry has revealed she’s been making some simple changes that have left her "feeling good".
Elsewhere, she also opened up about comedian Miranda Hart's marriage confession, why she's rooting for Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury, and her thoughts on the new series of Big Brother as she gives her opinion on the housemates...
Health kick
I’ve read a lot of comments about how I’ve lost weight but, to be honest, I’ve not been in the gym at all. I’m losing some weight and feeling good but I think it’s more my improved diet and taking the right supplements.

I have been focusing on smaller portion sizes because I don’t like to leave any food on my plate due to the way I was brought up, so if it’s a big portion then I will have it and I put on weight. I’m also consistent with my supplements – I take CBD, Lion’s Mane and some new supplements. I’m determined to stay healthy as I get older.
Family man
Tommy Fury has said that he wants to get his family back after his split from Molly-Mae Hague and while I’m not a massive fan of his, I respect it when a man fights for his family.
We don’t know what happened between them but I do think everyone deserves a second chance, especially when children are involved. If they can work things out, that’s great, but if not, maybe it’s for the best.
Congrats, Miranda!
Miranda Hart has announced that she got married and I’m really happy for her! I think it’s great news and I wish her all the best. She has decided to keep her husband’s identity private which I respect, sometimes that works better for some couples.
I don’t know Miranda but I would absolutely love to work with her or write a script together. It would be a dream for me to collaborate with more female comedians - I am actually really funny!
Long live Lily
I’m absolutely loving Big Brother – I’m so glad it’s back! Lily is a handful. She’s a ball of energy and I do love that about her.
I think she’s TV gold so I’m rooting for her. But, saying that, I don’t think I’d be able to live with her. I understand why the other housemates might be feeling drained.
I really like Emma too. I think I’d be similar to her if I was in the house. I’ve been feeling a little bit sorry for Ryan – he’s already got a lot of backlash for saying he doesn’t like woke culture and he disagreed with people “identifying as a spoon”.
If I’m honest, I agree with him. I love the LGBTQ+ community and think if, as an adult, you want to be a different gender then you should go for it. But I think it’s strange to be identifying as cats and spoons!
Ryan is a diamond
I’ve had such a busy few weeks recently I was feeling quite stiff, so I went for a sports massage and while I’m very bruised, it will loosen me up. I’ve just been doing a lot recently. I headed to London recently to pick up my beautiful jewellery from Astteria Diamonds that I bid on earlier this month - so that was amazing.
Then, last week, I went to Nik and Eva Speakman’s charity event. It was so amazing to catch up with them both - we’ve known each other for years. They’ve watched me in all my previous relationships, so I was telling them how amazing Ryan is - I’ve got a good one now, ha. I brought Heidi along with me too, she’s my little sidekick now. Now, I need to rest a little bit!
