Jodie Comer proves black is anything but boring in plunging blazer dress
Killing Eve actress Jodie Comer, who garnered international recognition and acclaim as the deadly assassin and stylish chameleon Villanelle in the BBC drama, has knocked it out of the park once again for the Bafta Television Awards.
The 29-year-old star took home the gong for Best Leading Actress for her role in Help, a drama set in a care home during the COVID-19 pandemic at the awards on Sunday evening.
The Hollywood star was also among some of the best dressed on the red carpet, too.
Comer cut a stylish figure at the Bafta Television Awards on Sunday afternoon at London's Royal Festival Hall in a tailored, all-black outfit.

The actress looked stunning in a plunging V-neck, tuxedo-inspired gown by Boss, which featured peaked lapels as well as button and pocket detail.
The full-length designer dress clung to Comer’s toned figure and featured a thigh-high split at the front allowing for a full view of the star’s velvet platform Jimmy Choo peep-toe heels that gave her 5ft 8in frame some additional height.
Comer slicked-back her blonde hair but left it to fall down over her black dress, and accessorised with a black velvet Jimmy Choo clutch bag and dazzling Messika jewels.

The 29-year-old Liverpool native kept her make-up fairly natural, and allowed her signature glowing skin to do the talking.
Comer started her career in the familiar training grounds of British television with small roles on Waterloo Road, Holby City, Doctors, Silent Witness, and Casualty, but made her name as Villanelle in BBC America’s Killing Eve.
Since then, the Liverpudlian’s career trajectory has soared. Comer starred opposite Ryan Reynolds in box office hit Free Guy and scored roles in films from Alien director Ridley Scott, including 2021’s The Last Duel, and her now-award winning performance in Help.
