Jeremy Clarkson beams in new photo after major health scare as he welcomes star to his pub
Jeremy Clarkson has been seen in a new photo, just days after revealing that he’d experience a major health scare. Earlier this month the Clarkson’s Farm star explained that he’d been rushed to hospital and had undergone a heart procedure after facing a “sudden deterioration in his health.
In a new Instagram post, Jeremy, 64, told followers that he’d welcomed Michelin star chef Marco Pierre White to his pub, The Farmer's Dog in Oxfordshire. In the snap, the presenter beamed from ear to ear as he joined Marco for a photo and gushed over the interaction with “food royalty” - much to delight of his fans.
“Proper food royalty paying a visit to Hops&Chops and our Yorkshire wedding cake,” the post read. In response to the snap, the pub’s followers flocked to the comments section to gush over the photo.

The photo comes after Jeremy opened up in his Sunday Times column about how he was taken to hospital after feeling “clammy”, with a “tightness in my chest” and with “pins and needles in my left arm”. While there, doctors were able to rule out a heart attack, though they discovered a blocked artery.
“It seems that of the arteries feeding my heart with nourishing blood, one was completely blocked and the second of three was heading that way,” he wrote. As a result, he had a stent fitted to allow blood to flow more freely.
Speaking of the incident, Jeremy wrote: “It wasn’t especially painful. Just odd,” and added that he has been thinking: “Crikey, that was close.”
Since opening up about the health scare, the TV personality has reassured fans that he's “fine” following the emergency hospital visit. In response to the outpouring of support that people have given him, Jeremy thanked everyone and also turned to his classic sense of humour. “I’m very grateful to everyone who sent supportive messages but I’m fine. I just have to not do any manual labour or dishwasher emptying for the next four years. At least I think that’s what the doctor said,” he told The Sun .
