Insomnia Cookies is hosting its first dine-in night. How to book a spot.

Insomnia Cookies is hosting "date night" this February.

The Philadelphia-based bakery chain is offering pairs, specifically Insomnia Rewards members, the ability to dine-in at select bakeries by making a "reservation."

According to Insomnia Cookies, the "first-ever, limited reservations" can now be booked on the Insomnia Cookies website, while "spots last." Pairs can schedule a reservation for either Thursday, Feb. 12, or Friday, Feb. 13, between the hours of 8 p.m. and 12 a.m. local time.

In addition to providing a venue, Insomnia Cookies is also offering the "ultimate date night package" i.e., a fixed-price assortment of its "most indulgent" cookies, three dipping sauces and some milk for $30.

"As the late-night bakery known for delivering warm, delicious cookies, Insomnia is excited to introduce our in-store Valentine's Day reservations in honor of one of the most indulgent times of the year," Seth Berkowitz, CEO and founder of Insomnia Cookies, said in a statement.

"We look forward to sharing our love for warm cookies with our Insomniacs to continue creating meaningful connections with consumers rooted in insatiable cravings," Berkowitz added.

Only a select number of regions across the US are hosting "date night," including:

Insomnia Cookies unveils Valentine's Day menu

Insomnia Cookies is celebrating the "season of love" by adding five new treats and three new limited-edition dips to its menu.

"Perfect for dunking, drizzling and double-dipping," the dip assortment is made up of milk chocolate, white chocolate and caramel dips. All of the dips will be available in-store starting Feb. 9, while supplies last.

From Ghirardelli Chocolate Lava Cake Classic to the Red Velvet Classic, five sweet treats are slated to make their debut, including:

  • Red Velvet Classic: A Red Velvet cookie, packed with rich chunks of cream cheese icing. (Available starting Jan. 27, while supplies last.)

  • Red Velvet Cookies 'N Cream Brookie: A red velvet cookie baked atop a Brookie base filled with cream cheese chips and topped with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies. (Available starting Jan. 27, while supplies last.)

  • Chocolate Covered Strawberry Classic: A strawberry cookie loaded with strawberry-infused cranberry bits and Hershey's Mini Kisses Chocolate. (Available starting Jan. 27, while supplies last.)

  • Red Velvet Cheesecake Classic: A red velvet cookie, made extra indulgent, by a cheesecake center and mini cream cheese chips (Available starting Feb. 13, at select bakeries, while supplies last.

  • Ghirardelli Chocolate Lava Cake Classic: Chocolate cookie dough mixed with Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips, Ghirardelli cocoa powder, and loaded with a Ghirardelli chocolate filling. (Available starting Feb. 13, while supplies last.)
