I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here fans were impressed as This Morning star Josie Gibson tucked into rice, beans, and a few more exotic additions along the way, during last year's show. But while the tasks and meals are certainly a gruelling challenge, surprised some to know that it wasn't the first time Josie had embarked on a challenging journey, as she previously slimmed down from a size 18 to a size 12 in just nine weeks, back in 2019.

The 39 year old star, who famously won Big Brother back in 2010, revealed her stunning transformation on Instagram at the time, as she showcased the fruits of her labour. Speaking at the time, Josie wrote: “Bye bye back fat!!! Sorry you have to see this! I’m so nearly there, I have my waist back and it feels amazing. I only want to be a size 12!!” I haven’t put a lot of pressure on myself and I have not exercised like I used to but It’s coming off.”
