From her famous messy bun to a slick ponytail: The Duchess of Sussex's greatest hairstyles to date
Ever since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot, Meghan has worked hard to fine-tune her royal aesthetic.
Slick flared trousers have been replaced by Buckingham Palace-approved hemlines and long gone are the cross-body Strathberry bags she once cradled in the crook of her arm.
But as her newfound style has flourished under the media spotlight so has her hair.
For Meghan’s first royal engagement in Nottingham on 1 December 2017, the former actress stepped out boasting soft waves similar to her look at the engagement photocall.
But come her second public appearance in Brixton on 9 January 2018, the 36-year-old introduced the world to her now-famous messy bun (tendrils and all).
Fast-forward to her post-wedding days and the Duchess of Sussex has well and truly bid farewell to her glossy Hollywood blow dry.
For a Commonwealth Youth Forum in London on 6 July, she teamed *that* sunshine yellow dress with a tidy low bun – a sign that she’s (gasp) growing her tendrils out? Before she recently debuted a low pony for Prince Louis of Cambridge’s christening on 9 July.
From her pre-wedding messy bun to her Duchess of Cambridge-inspired waves, take a look back at some of the fledging royal’s greatest hair moments to date.
