Out of all the mountains in the world, lots of people are eager to climb Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa).

It's a good hike, the views are beautiful and it's the perfect activity to take on if you want a challenge. But one group of friends weren't willing to do one thing when they reached the summit.

Lorell, known as lxr.fitness on TikTok, documented his recent journey with friends, and made a big confession. Over a clip of their hike, he wrote: "POV: You walked straight past the queue at Snowdon summit."

He cheekily told people "sorry, not sorry" as he shared a video of the group walking ahead of the queue. Sometimes, when you're on a mission, it just doesn't seem right to stop.

While some people were furious, others seemed to agree with his tactics. It seems queuing at the top of a mountain just isn't on the top of some people's to-do lists.

One person said: "Anyone who queues for a mountain is an imbecile, and should get off the mountain."

Another added: "We love imaginary queues." A third also replied: "Damn straight. Imagine queuing at the top of a mountain, embarrassing."

Lots of people weren't too happy with the hiker's confession though. Some even shared their own stories about how aggressive some people can get towards queue jumpers.

One chimed in with: "We did the same. Then some lady threatened to throw me off the side of the mountain."

Another added: "God, imagine being this horrible." A third wrote: "The fog instead of a view, typical UK."

Yr Wyddfa stands at over 3,000 feet, and is the highest mountain in Snowdonia National Park. It's also Eryri’s most visited summit.

The mountain is so famous that's it's known all around the world, and it's a vital part of a rich and vibrant community. It also homes several Welsh mountain farms.
