Oscars 2023: Florence Pugh, Nicole Kidman and Cara Delevingne dare to bare with thigh-high split gowns
Florence Pugh led an assortment of stars who chose to show off their legs in stunning gowns as they arrived at the Oscars.
The actress, 27, wowed in a silver-grey, off-shoulder Valentino minidress, with a voluminous cape and sleeves.
She finished off her look with a quirky, modern up-do, her trademark septum ring and a pair of black platform heels.
Similarly, Nicole Kidman sported a daring hemline in a slinky, floor-length black look which came with a thigh-high side split.
The actor, 55, finished off her ensemble, which featured floral detailing on the shoulder and hips, with a pair of black pointed heels.
Meanwhile, Cara Delevingne also opted for a thigh-high side split as she posed on arrival at the 95th Annual Academy Awards.

The model, 30, impressed in a beautiful one-shouldered, red Elie Saab gown, with silver Bulgari jewellery and red platform heels.
Also partaking in the head-turning trend was Halle Berry, who wore a form-fitting white dress featuring cut-out detailing and a thigh-high side split.
The 56-year-old actor's look was finished off with shimmery floral decoration that complemented her rose-hued heels.
It comes as the Oscars swapped red for a luxurious 'champagne' red carpet for the first time since 1961.

The Associated Press reported that the unusual new "sienna, saffron" shade had been chosen because it "evokes the sunset".
As usual, the ceremony took place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood and this year was hosted by comedian Jimmy Kimmel.
Everything Everywhere All At Once, starring Michelle Yeoh, was the big winner on the night, taking home seven awards in total including Best Picture. Yeoh also won Best Actress, becoming the first person from an Asian background to be named best actress.
