Clarkson’s Farm star Kaleb Cooper has opened up about his impressive weight loss, revealing that he’s made one drastic change to his lifestyle. The TV personality has revealed that he has lost nearly one stone in one month after a dream encouraged him to change his eating habits.

“I’m on a no-sugar thing, and it’s all because I had this dream. I did and didn’t understand the dream, but I knew I had to quit sugar. I went to tell Taya [his partner] and she thought I wouldn’t do it,” he told The Sun. “I’m four weeks in now, and I’ve lost six kilos, which is pretty good. I do have the odd cheat day, but only sugars that naturally occur.”

Since Clarkson’s Farm first launched on Prime Video back in 2021, Kaleb, 26, has become a breakout star of the show. With the show centring on Jeremy as he attempts to run a farm in the Cotswolds, viewers will have seen Kaleb move up in the ranks at the Diddly Squat farm from a regular farmer in series one to farm manager in series three.

It comes after his co-star Jeremy, 64, revealed that he’d undergone a heart procedure after experiencing a “sudden deterioration” in his health, with the former Top Gear host adding that he first noticed something was wrong when he had issues using the stairs.

The TV personality also explained in his Sunday Times column that he felt “clammy”, with a “tightness in my chest” and had “pins and needles in my left arm”. As a result of his concerning symptoms, Jeremy was taken to the hospital in an ambulance before doctors ruled out a heart attack but found a blocked artery, meaning he required surgery.

“It seems that of the arteries feeding my heart with nourishing blood, one was completely blocked and the second of three was heading that way,” he wrote, explaining that a stent, which can save lives and stop future heart attacks by improving blood flow to the heart, was was fitted in around two hours.

Following the health scare, Jeremy has given updates on his health and has thanked people for their support. Displaying his classic humour, the presenter joked to The Sun that the surgery had meant that he’d got out of doing chores.

“I’m very grateful to everyone who sent supportive messages but I’m fine. I just have to not do any manual labour or dishwasher emptying for the next four years. At least I think that’s what the doctor said,” he said.
