So the driver was 18, had only passed his driving test six months earlier.

You would like to see a graduated driving licence.

How would that affect a young driver?

Well, for starters, if they have the minimum six month learning period, they will be getting to experience on a variety of road conditions a variety of different roads, W driving at night, driving in, you know, at the moment they can just.

So so you could just do a speedy course where you do it in a week and and you would have a literally a week's experience of driving exactly.

And that could be in the summer, and they could never drove in in winter conditions.
