This $12.2 Million Duplex Atop Miami’s Aston Martin Residences Comes With a DBX SUV
If James Bond ever needed a Miami hideaway, Sky Villa 5002 at the Aston Martin Residences would be a great option. As the highest of only three duplexes in the entire building, the glass-wrapped aerie floats above Biscayne Bay. Oh, and it comes with a brand-new Aston Martin DBX SUV, because why wouldn’t it?
On the market for $12.2 million with Jordan Lederman of Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate, the condo spans nearly 5,000 square feet and features five bedrooms (plus a den) and five bathrooms, along with a powder room. Altogether, the sky-high retreat offers double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, and uninterrupted views of the bay and the glittering Brickell skyline. Two expansive terraces create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

The residence, staged for the selling process by Interior Marketing Group, strikes a perfect balance between stylish and comfortable. Sleek architecture is complemented by a carefully curated mix of textures, tones, and sculptural statement pieces, while a refined neutral palette enhances the natural light and lets the views take center stage. Organic touches—stone, wood, and woven accents—infuse the space with depth and warmth.
Should you choose to leave your super-tall sanctuary, the Aston Martin Residences offers over 42,000 square feet of swanky amenities. Think of a private marina, a sky deck with infinity pools, a fitness center with spinning and boxing studios, a luxury spa, two movie theaters, an indoor pool, a golf simulator, a business center, and more.
Perched along the Miami River, the British marque set the standard for auto-branded luxury living when it completed the development last spring in partnership with G&G Development. The 66-story, sail-shaped tower, designed by Buenos Aires-based architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Mian Anger, has since made headlines with its jaw-dropping $50 million triplex penthouse, which included a $2.3 million Aston Martin Vulcan hypercar—one of only 24 in existence.
Aston Martin Residences Miami isn’t the automaker’s first foray into luxury real estate. The car manufacturer also brought its signature elegance to Tokyo with the No. 001 Minami Aoyama mansion, developed in collaboration with the top-tier Japanese luxury concierge firm Vibroa. Meanwhile, its first private residential estate, Sylvan Rock, in Rhinebeck, New York, seamlessly blends modern design with nature.
