Arnold Schwarzenegger Admits Terminator Salvation ‘Sucked’

Arnold Schwarzenegger has confirmed what most of us already knew: ‘Terminator Salvation’ - AKA “The One WITHOUT Arnie” - wasn’t very good.

“Thank God [I didn’t do ‘Terminator Salvation’], It sucked,” the Governator replied to ABC News’ question about the fourth film in the series, much to the amusement of his co-stars.

Watch the full interview below.

Arnie’s character did briefly pop up in McG’s ill-fated ‘Terminator Salvation’, but it was a slightly unconvincing digital recreation rather than the genuine Austrian Oak himself.

He was too busy running California to appear in person.

The new film, ‘Terminator Genisys’ pulls a similar trick, with the grizzled 67-year-old Arnie facing off with a much younger version of himself, all via the magic of time travel and CGI.

But which ‘Terminator’ film does Arnie think is best? He diplomatically wouldn’t pick a side.

“I really can’t say that,” he said. “I think that the three that I was in, they all three had their own personalities and interesting storylines.”

C’mon Arnie, admit it, it’s ‘Judgment Day’.

Arnie returns to his most iconic role this summer in ‘Terminator Genisys’, his first time playing the T-800 since 2003′s ‘Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines’.
