Zach Edey's mom, Julia, rocks Braden Smith Westfield T-shirt at Purdue's win vs. Arizona
Julia Edey doesn't miss Purdue basketball games. The mother of 7-4 senior center Zach Edey is one of the Boilermakers' biggest fans.
But she knows Purdue isn't a one-man team. As the Boilers played Arizona on Saturday in Indianapolis, she repped sophomore guard Braden Smith's high school, wearing a Westfield No. 1 T-shirt.
Smith won IndyStar Mr. Basketball in 2022 after a Shamrocks career in which he left as the program's all-time leader in scoring (1,629 points) and assists (453).
