Yahoo Sports' top 60 prospects: Is Michael Porter Jr. still near the top?

The NBA draft is Thursday, which means it’s time to claim your favorite sleepers, value picks and steals, and predict who will be the biggest busts. You will notice a dearth of European prospects, but the ones who are listed are very talented, and that begins with Slovenian sensation Luka Doncic. The top 60 is not a mock draft, but rather a ranking that aims to consider the floor and ceiling of the best prospects available.
