The checkered flag has flown for the Bank of America ROVAL 400 NASCAR Cup Series race.
Kyle Larson has won the race on the temporary road course at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Larson will continue his run for a NASCAR Cup Series championship, he clinched a spot in the Round of 8 after the second stage.
Sunday's win was Larson's 29th win of his Cup Series career and sixth this season. Larson won the 2022 race at the Charlotte ROVAL.
"This is the first time in my playoff career where I haven't been close to the cut line," Larson said to NBC Sports pit reporters after the race. "It was good to have a little bit stress-free of a weekend. It's also good to not crash here, except the other time we've won."
NASCAR announced late Sunday that Alex Bowman was disqualified from Sunday's race. His No. 48 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet did not meet minimum weight requirements in post-race inspection.
