Mahomes is kind of that.

It is what it is territory, but are you ready to put him in the coping corner?

Um, uh, in the wake of everything that we have seen so far this season.

Uh Yes, I am and I, I agree with the point that defense does not help here.

The Chiefs had not allowed a 50 yard rusher all season until Jordan Mason ran for 56 yards this weekend.

So the situation hurts obviously losing rushy Rice and then Juju right away, he was a big part of their game plan Sunday and, and Kelsey's aging, so Mahomes stats are just not there.

He has a 6 to 8 touchdown to interception ratio this season.

The game against the Niners was the lowest pass rating of his career.

He entered with the, the lowest, uh, average air yards per completion in the league 3.6 in 12 games since their, by last year, Mahomes has been the QB 14 or worse in all but one game when he finishes the QB nine, so he hasn't finished Q eight or better in his last 12 games.

It's wild that he's the current favorite for the NFL MVP Harmon, he's 21st in TD passes, leads the league in interceptions, 15 in pass yards per game, 23rd in passer rating.

He runs during the big games as we see, but he's not gonna typically provide too much there.

So fantasy stud Patrick Mahomes is, is, it's just not gonna be the case this year.

I want to remember that the original point of the coping corner is basically that it is.

We're not saying this person's toast or it's done or whatever.

It's just that we are reckoning with what they are at this point.

Like we're no longer panicking because this situation just is what it is.

That was the original purpose of the coping corner when Andy and I kinda came up with it on last year's podcast and I kind of feel like that does fit Patrick Mahomes.

Maybe they make a trade for a wide receiver.

I, I don't know who that guy could be, but maybe it changes around, but for now, I do feel like, yeah, we're past panic with Pat Mahomes.

Like it just kinda, it is what it is territory with, with who he is as a fantasy quarterback.

Yeah, Mahomes can do like kind of a mid career Tom Brady impression and I think that's totally fine.

This Chiefs defense is so awesome and it's so true.

They didn't have, you know, the go at quarterback, they'd get more credit, but I mean, they led them to Super Bowl win last year.

They're undefeated with horrible quarterback or at least on the stats but quarterback performance, six touchdowns, eight interceptions on the air and the Chiefs are the lone remaining undefeated team.

I mean, this defense is legit.
