Where is Cucho Hernandez from? Here's what to know about the Columbus Crew striker

The Crew made a record-breaking move when they finalized the deal to bring Colombian striker Cucho Hernandez to Columbus for a club-high $10 million transfer fee in June 2022.

Hernandez joined the Crew with a long resume, with experience in the Premier League and on the Colombian national team. And Hernandez has continued to build on his accomplishments in Columbus.

Herandez recorded 33 goals and 19 assists during his first two seasons with Columbus, as well as being named the 2023 MLS Cup MVP.
