How to watch the Summer Olympic Games in Paris

Snoop will help lend some star power to this year's games but there will be plenty of star athletes competing, too. Just a few of the big names to follow are U.S. gymnast Simone Biles hoping to win gold after stepping away from the games in 2021; LeBron James, leader of the U.S. men’s basketball team; seven-time gold medalist swimmer Katie Ladecky; and Sha' carri Richardson and Noah Lyles, both looking to prove they're the fastest woman and man in the world, respectively.

You know it's going to be a different kind of Summer Olympics — one with some extra swagger — when legendary rapper Snoop Dogg is leading the ranks of athletes. Snoop will be one of the torchbearers of the Olympic flame ahead of the 2024 Paris Games carrying it to the final stretch before the Eiffel Tower in Friday's opening ceremony.
