How to watch Steph Curry’s All-Star 3-point shootout against Sabrina Ionescu

While Saturday’s All-Star weekend festivities are normally headlined by the dunk contest, skills competition and 3-point contest, the 2024 edition of All-Star Saturday night in Indiana will feature a highly-anticipated challenge between two of the best shooters in all of basketball.

Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry will face New York Liberty guard and WNBA 3-point contest champion Sabrin Ionescu for the first-ever NBA vs. WNBA 3-point shootout challenge.

Before Curry and Ionescu square off, here’s everything you need to know about the 3-point challenge, including how to watch.

  • Standard 3-point contest rules

  • Five racks of balls

  • “Money balls” worth two points

  • The fifth rack will be all money balls

  • Curry and Ionescu can position the money ball rack where they want

  • Two deep shot locations worth three points

  • 70 seconds

  • NBA 3-point line

  • Curry to use NBA ball, Ionescu to use WNBA ball.

  • Curry’s Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation and Ionescu’s SI20 Foundation will receive donations from the NBA and WNBA as part of the competition.
