'I want them all': Seth Rollins on defending WWE World Heavyweight title and Cody Rhodes

LOS ANGELES − As the newly-minted WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Seth "Freakin" Rollins has defended his title several times in hopes to build up its reputation, and he wants to defend it against everyone, including an old foe.

After defeating Finn Bálor at Money in the Bank on July 1, Rollins said told reporters he is "working every single day" to raise the title's prestige, and at the 2023 ESPY Awards, told USA TODAY Sports he wants to defend it any chance he has.

"We're defending it in every city in every town all across the world," he said. "It's going to be everywhere I'm going to be. Anytime that title can be defended, it will be defended and I'll be there to defend it."

Who does Seth Rollins want to defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against?

Rollins said the Monday Night Raw roster "is filled with talent," and named Drew McIntyre, Matt Riddle, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn among the stars he wants to defend the title against.

"The list goes on and on and on," he said. "I want them all."

That list includes a longtime rival of Rollins: Cody Rhodes.

After Money in the Bank, Rhodes said winning the World Heavyweight Championship wouldn't be finishing the story he set since his WWE return, "it would be amazing" to go after the title. Even though Rhodes seems to have his feud with Brock Lesnar right now, Rollins welcomed the "American Nightmare" to try to take his championship.

"I would love for Cody Rhodes come try to take it from me," Rollins said. "If he can survive Brock Lesnar, I would love for him to try to. I'm better than I've ever been; he don't stand a chance."

Best dressed: Seth Rollins or Becky Lynch?

Rollins and wife Becky Lynch were together at the ESPYS rocking one-of-a-kind outfits, which wasn't a surprise to most since the two have had some of most extravagant wardrobe in WWE. But on who has the better fashion between the two, it's split, with both agreeing Lynch has the better fits outside of WWE, but Rollins is better on-screen.

"What he wears on TV is the stuff I would wear in real life," Lynch said.

But if it's any consolation, Lynch is the winner of which parent daughter Roux prefers.

"It's not a question. Number one mama's girl. She loves her daddy, but she's a mom's girl," Lynch said.
