Stephan Diggs is out for the year with a torn AC L took a bit, took a bit to figure this out, right?

Uh As of Monday, it was said that Diggs was still being evaluated according to Miko Ryans.

Well, now we know the evaluation comes back with a torn ac L out for the year.

This really stinks for Steph Diggs who part of the trade to go to Houston, they wiped out the rest of his contract.

So he's gonna be a free agent after the year.

He's gonna be coming off a torn AC L A little bit deeper into his career.

So definitely what happens next with Diggs is a big question here but man, this, it's a bummer sal that we're just never gonna see this Texans wide receiver trio at full strength at any point this season.

But what's the fallout from this one here?

From a fantasy perspective?

Yeah, the fall, it's not straightforward because we have this team in week nine on a short week.

So like how much are they going to adjust?

Still without Nico Collins, they play Thursday night now without Stefon Diggs.

Like how much can they adjust to getting guys like Xavier Hutchinson, John met Robert Woods, the remaining wide receivers behind Tank Dell in this offense.

Can they really get them that much involved?

Like it leads me to believe in a fine matchup for Joe Mixon.

They might just lean on this guy for 20 plus more touch on Thursday night.

Get into week 10 when you get Nico Collins back then you have Nico Collins and Tank Del.

That's probably how the wide receivers in the offense will go moving forward.

In my opinion.

I don't really see like a third name being brought up here or like really coming to life.

John Mei has had a nice pedigree as a college prospect.

Second round pick out of Alabama had a nice career there, but he came into the NFL with a knee injury.

Then he ends up uh having cancer getting diagnosed with cancer takes out his rookie year.

So that's complicated for him getting back to the football field.

And then Xavier Hutchinson is a guy who was a college football finalist for best wide receiver in the country in his final year.

Like this guy was earning targets nonstop, but so far it hasn't translated to the NFL in his limited opportunities.

So it's hard to get excited about any of those guys and hard to really see anything changing in the short term.

I think once Nico is back, he continues to be an alpha and then Tank Dell just sees the biggest boost and biggest win here, I would say moving forward is for Tank Dell.
