SNY MLB Insider Andy Martino says Mets manager Carlos Mendoza pushed all the right buttons in Game 2 of the NLDS despite having a depleted bullpen but the relievers simply failed to execute in the 7-6 loss. The only consolation may be that the Phillies pen "is also a mess" and that it will ultimately be a battle of attrition late in games the rest of the series.
