The United States will face Germany in its final USA Basketball Showcase exhibition game ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics on Monday in London, England.

Team USA improved to 4-0 in the showcase on Saturday with a 101-100 win over South Sudan. It's now 38-3 in pre-Olympic exhibition games.

FINAL: USA 92, Germany 88

The United States earned a 92-88 win over Germany to end its USA Basketball Showcase run with a perfect 5-0 record.

James led Team USA with 20 points, six rebounds and four assists. Franz Wagner led Germany with 18 points, seven rebounds, four assists and three steals.

Team USA now shifts its focus to the Paris Olympics, where it'll be in Group C with Serbia, South Sudan and Puerto Rico. It'll begin with a game against Serbia at 10:15 a.m. CT Sunday.

End third quarter: Germany 71, USA 68

Germany took over in the third quarter, and Franz Wagner sank a pair of free throws to give his team a 71-66 edge with 1:02 on the clock.

That tied for Germany's largest lead of the game.

Halftime: USA 48, Germany 41

Germany trimmed the deficit to three points late in the second quarter, but but Team USA didn't budge. It responded to enter halftime with a seven-point advantage.

End first quarter: USA 29, Germany 19

Germany came out shooting, but Team USA ended the first quarter on a 21-6 run to take control of the game.

Holiday led the United States with eight points and two rebounds on 3-for-3 shooting from the floor (2 for 2 from deep). Schroder led Germany with six points and two assists on 2-for-4 shooting from the floor (2 for 4 from deep).

Team USA announces starters vs Germany

Team USA will start Steph Curry, Devin Booker, Jrue Holiday, LeBron James and Joel Embiid. Kevin Durant (calf) is out for a fifth straight game.

Germany will start Dennis Schroder, Andreas Obst, Franz Wagner, Daniel Theis and Johannes Voigtmann.
