UEFA open to Saudi investment in women’s football
The Head of Women’s Football at UEFA Nadine Keßler has said that European Football’s governing body would be open to investment and sponsorship from Saudi Arabia for the development of the women’s game, despite over 100 women’s players writing to FIFA calling for an end to their commercial partnership with Saudi-owned oil and gas company because of Saudi Arabia’s human right’s record.
