Tyreek Hill returns to Chiefs with fantastic, leaping touchdown grab

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill wasted no time proving he was healthy. Hill made his presence felt immediately Sunday, making a tremendous, leaping touchdown catch on the Chiefs’ first drive.

It took just six plays for Hill to contribute. On third-and-21 from the Houston 46-yard line, Patrick Mahomes lofted a deep pass to Hill. Despite being double covered, Hill leapt over one Texans defender, snagged the ball to prevent an interception and then stretched the ball over the goal line as he was being tackled for the touchdown.

Just in case you needed to see it from another angle.

The 25-year-old Hill missed the team’s previous four games due to a clavicle injury. The Chiefs haven’t missed him too much. The team went 3-1 without Hill, and saw players like Mecole Hardman, Byron Pringle and Demarcus Robinson put up strong numbers.

While the Chiefs were able to get by without Hill, his play-making ability can’t be matched. With Mahomes’ propensity to throw it up, Hill should have plenty of chances to show off those skills now that he’s back on the field.
