The Kansas City Chiefs are clinging to a two-point lead over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 7, and are at risk of seeing their undefeated record broken in a rematch of Super Bowl LVIII.

Reigning Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes had a hard time figuring out San Francisco's defense on Sunday afternoon and had to deal with some extra-curricular activity after throwing his second interception of the game.

Take a look at this video of 49ers defensive lineman Maliek Collins punching Mahomes after the play, which gave San Francisco favorable field position when the referees declined to penalize the vicious attack:

Users on Twitter were surprised that the Collins got away with the cheap shot, and expressed their frustration with the referees.
