Twitter reacts to Ihmir Smith-Marsette’s electric 79-yard punt return TD
Never mind tonight’s hype behind DJ Moore or even D’Onta Foreman. We have another revenge game brewing!
The first blood drawn in Thursday’s prime-time matchup between the Carolina Panthers and Chicago Bears came courtesy of wideout Ihmir Smith-Marsette. The former Bear, at around the six-minute mark of the first quarter, took back a 79-yard punt return for a touchdown.

Smith-Marsette’s house call, which probably came as no surprise to him, is the first for the franchise since 2017.
