Bitter fans can be petty. And you can bet there's plenty bitter Raiders fans right now ready to lay the petty on real thick when it comes to Davante Adams.

The former Raiders receiver started the first three games of his third season with the Raiders, then requested a trade. And, of course, the team he went to was the one everyone predicted -- the New York Jets.

In fact, it kinda seemed like that was his and Aaron Rodgers's plan all along. So, yeah, Raiders fans are none too happy.

Adams supposedly had a hamstring injury that was keeping him from playing for the Raiders the past three weeks. The moment he was traded and reported to the Jets, he got a pep in his step and was jogging onto the practice field, ready to start just days after joining the team.

That start was in primetime against the Steelers who the Raiders had faced just the week before. And the result was much the same.

In fact, the Jets loss dropped them to 2-5. Same record as his former team. You'd expect things will improve for Davante in time with the playbook and such. But for now, Raiders fans are enjoying the moment.
