Troy Weaver has heated argument with Pistons fan: 'You're lucky I don't beat your ass'

One of the faces of the Detroit Pistons had another low moment Saturday night in a season full of them.

Sometime during the Pistons' blowout loss to the Dallas Mavericks to drop to 10-53 on the season, general manager Troy Weaver had a fiery exchange with a Detroit fan in attendance, which led to Weaver asking Little Caesars Arena security to handle the situation.

It is unclear how the argument started, but in the video shared online, Weaver is standing in the aisles next to the fans in the seat and appears to say, "I don't give a (expletive), you're lucky I don't beat your ass," before gesturing to security, which the fan responded to by saying, "you suck at your job."

The video does not show how the argument started and cut off shortly after the exchange.

The team Weaver constructed was outmatched yet again in the 142-124 loss to Dallas, which dropped Detroit back to the bottom of the standings in a tie with the Washington Wizards at 10-53. The Pistons were officially eliminated from playoff contention with the loss to extend the franchise's drought without a playoff win to 16 years.
