There's a lot that I like about what you just said.

And there's a lot that I like about Tom Brady being a part of it.

Here's what I don't like.

I don't think that you can come in and teach an organization about culture of championships, help scout a quarterback, help train a quarterback, do any of those things have a say in draft picks, all of these things that he might have even a small voice.

I don't think you can do that as a part time job.

And what scares me through all of this is that Tom Brady, the mogul has a lot of jobs.

Tom Brady has a lot of things he's invested in.

If he treats ownership of the Raiders as a part time job, that's fine.

If Mark Davis gives that voice the same power that a full time person has, that's fully invested in everything the Raiders have that becomes dangerous because I don't think you can scout a quarterback as you, you know, my an hour a week job.

I don't think you can sit there and change a culture behind the scenes when you're just popping in every once in a while, it's dangerous to give a full time voice to a part time employee.

And I really need to see how Mark Davis and the Raiders balance that because if they don't, somebody that is not putting in the same workload will have the power and, and impact that somebody that is, that becomes dangerous for a franchise.

Yeah, that is interesting.

Again, it's not like the Raiders don't have their personnel department anymore.

And there are a lot of people I know in that department who I think are really talented and obviously the results in the field have had mixed suggestions, but like, I do think that in terms of finding talent, they found some great talent.

So it'll be interesting to see to what degree Tom Brady has that.

Like if he going to be sitting in draft meetings, ownership typically does not sit in draft meetings.

And also it's easy for Mark Davis to say now that Tom Brady is going to help us pick a quarterback and all that because you can sell it to the fans.

But the same way I talk about the difference between owner Jerry Jones and general manager Jerry Jones since he serves as both.

I think that there is still a difference in that.
